Queso, queso, queso y… más queso!

Argentinians can’t get enough cheese. If you order a pizza, there’s a good chance it will have more cheese than bread. An “empanada de roquefort” is literally a solid block of cheese wrapped in a pastry crust. And if even that is not enough, you can have straight up cheese from the grill (in this case, provolone).
